Mandatory Site Visit Upcoming for Quartz Mountain State Park Restaurant Request for Proposals
LONE WOLF, Okla. – Potential bidders who would like to respond to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the operation of restaurants at Oklahoma State Parks, including Quartz Mountain State Park, must attend a mandatory site visit.
Bidders are required to be present for the tour to enter a bid for the specific location. Bidders are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early, as the tour will begin on time. Parking will be free onsite.

Each bidder will need to bring a copy of OMESFormCP020. The form will be signed by agency personnel and is required to be scanned and uploaded with the bidder’s response.
RFP responses must be submitted by 3 p.m. on Monday, March 23. The proposals will be assessed by a team of qualified evaluators.
