New Route 66 Guide Available from Oklahoma Tourism & Recreation Department

The Oklahoma Tourism & Recreation Department’s new Route 66 Guide is now available for distribution. The 56-page guide’s front and back covers feature some of the state’s most beloved Route 66 attractions, along with a rendering of a vintage-look neon sign styled like a gas station attendant.

Individual copies of the Route 66 Guide and other OTRD publications can be ordered free online at TravelOK.com/Brochures or by calling (800) 652-6552 and pressing 1. The guides are also available at Tourism Information Centers and Oklahoma State Parks around the state.

The Route 66 Guides, along with most other OTRD and Oklahoma Agritourism publications, are available in bulk free of charge to businesses and groups that wish to distribute them.

Those inside a 45-mile radius of Oklahoma City may visit the OTRD Literature Distribution Warehouse to pick up boxes of guides and brochures.

The OTRD warehouse is located at 317 NE 31st St., Suite B, in Oklahoma City. The warehouse is open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Department encourages those wishing to pick up guides to contact Warehouse Supervisor Gary Knight in advance at (405) 522-2455 to verify availability.

Those outside the metro can stop by the warehouse or contact Fulfillment Coordinator Miki Galloway at (405) 522-9539 or Brochures@TravelOK.com to have boxes of guides shipped to them.

Please note that the Department does not fulfill bulk orders for country guides, city guides or specific attraction brochures. Those interested in distributing these guides will need to contact the specific organization or attraction.
