Jeremy Donell hit a hole-in-one on the 7th hole at Beavers Bend State Park’s Cedar Creek Golf Course

Jeremy Donell aced the par-3 seventh hole on Friday at Cedar Creek Golf Course in Beavers Bend State Park in Broken Bow.

Donell used a 9-iron on the shot, launching it 158 yards into the hole.

“I was really excited,” Donnell said. “When I hit it, I knew it was right on the line.”

Donnell, who lives in Covington, is a seasoned golfer. He’s played since he was a child, but this was his first hole-in-one.

Nestled in the hills of Beavers Bend State Park and with a view of Broken Bow Lake, Cedar Creek Golf Course is a prime spot for hitting the links.
